    1. University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) is one of the most famous universities in China. Due to the rapid development of fission power plants, fusion research and nuclear technology application such as accelerator, the leadership of USTC decided to found the School of Nuclear Science and Technology in USTC in early 2009.

    2. Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) (ASIPP or IPPCAS) was found in 1978 and belongs to CAS. ASIPP is one of the two largest institutes in China, the major research activities of which are concentrated on Tokamak fusion research. Except fusion research some related application researches such as plasma coating, plasma torch, and cryogenic, power supply, RF heating, diagnostics, computer, advanced control and so on are under going in the institute.
